About Us

Palletized eHub is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment warehouse based in Miami, FL. We partner with e-commerce brands and businesses to manage their inventory, fulfillment, and shipping operations with precision and care. Our team thrives on efficiency, strong communication, and delivering an exceptional experience to every client we serve.

What You'll Do

Front Desk

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and carriers arriving at the warehouse
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
Greet and assist walk-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages at the front desk
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment

Member Success

Monitor and respond to client support tickets in a timely manner
Manage the client-facing email inbox — triage, respond, and escalate as needed
Ensure no ticket or email goes unanswered and follow up on open items

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable managing email inboxes and ticketing tools
Customer-service mindset — warm, responsive, and solution-focused
Prior experience in logistics or customer service preferred but not required
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What We Offer

$16.00/hour starting pay
Stable Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends

1. This role requires managing a shared email inbox and responding to client support tickets daily. How do you stay organized when handling multiple open requests at the same time?

3. This position is based on-site at our Miami warehouse, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Are you able to commit to this schedule consistently?

5. A client emails to say their order was supposed to ship two days ago and they haven't heard anything. How would you handle that email?
