Full Job Description

Job Overview

You must have experience working for a company that sells physical consumer products through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other major e-commerce channels. Experience with software, agencies, or service-based businesses alone is not sufficient for this role.

We're looking for someone who understands what it takes to build and grow a consumer brand—from launching new products and managing inventory to optimizing listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, working with vendors, improving systems, and driving online sales.

You should have hands-on experience managing multiple areas of an e-commerce business, including Shopify, Amazon, email marketing (such as Klaviyo), digital marketing, product launches, website optimization, subscriptions, and coordinating outside agencies or freelancers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and turning ideas into execution. You don't wait for instructions—you identify opportunities, take ownership, and make things happen.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution of our Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online sales channels.
Coordinate and manage outside agencies, freelancers, software providers, and vendors.
Oversee new product launches from planning through execution.
Continuously improve Shopify, Amazon, subscriptions, customer experience, and conversion rates.
Manage Klaviyo email and SMS marketing, including campaigns, automations, and customer segmentation.
Review business performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Coordinate inventory planning with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
Work directly with ownership to execute new ideas, improve systems, and solve business challenges.
Help build scalable systems that allow the company to continue growing.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years managing or helping grow a consumer products brand.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience managing physical consumer products, including product launches, inventory, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business efficiency is a strong plus.
