Full Job Description

We are seeking a select group of elite, results-driven PCR sales professionals with a proven history of ranking among the top performers in their organization. If you have built strong, long-term relationships with physician practices and consistently exceed your sales goals, we want to speak with you.

We are a rapidly growing laboratory management company that partners with physicians to build, launch, and optimize physician-owned molecular diagnostic laboratories. Unlike traditional reference laboratories, we provide comprehensive laboratory solutions that empower physicians to own and grow their own diagnostic laboratory businesses.

We’re Looking for Professionals Who:

Have a documented history of ranking among the top 10% of PCR or molecular diagnostics sales professionals.
Have recent experience selling PCR and molecular diagnostic testing to physician practices.
Maintain strong, trusted relationships with physicians and practice administrators.
Are entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and thrive with minimal supervision.
Are organized, accountable, and driven to consistently exceed expectations.
Want to build something exceptional—not simply manage another sales territory.
