Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
Serve as point of contact for property managers, contractors, city officials, and internal teams.
Manage scheduling, workflow, and project timelines.
Prepare and submit permits, purchase orders, and documentation to ensure compliance.
Maintain and manage accurate records and data entry including inspection reports, punch lists, and damage claims.
Support hiring processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.
Proficient with scheduling, documentation, and data management.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused.
Experience with purchase order entry and expense tracking preferred.
