Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and expert insurance solutions. Duties

Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, networking events, and community engagement to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Present and explain insurance policies clearly and transparently, negotiating terms to align with client needs while adhering to insurance regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy details, and client interactions efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates related to health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance sectors.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote existing products effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting clients with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling health information.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products as well as health, life, property, and casualty insurance lines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and analysis purposes.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases.
Demonstrated customer relationship building skills coupled with excellent client communication capabilities.
Understanding of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance for health-related policies.
Previous experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that drive client acquisition is a plus.
