Company: Eurotech Shower Doors Inc.

Location: Orange County, California

Introduction:

Eurotech Shower Doors Inc, is a pre-eminent established shower door manufacturer specializing in innovative barn door and custom fabricated frameless style quality products. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven remodeling industry B2B sales and field measure specialist to grow contractor and dealer relationships in the remodeling trades. This role is heavily focused on existing account management and new account acquisition through cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person prospecting, while also providing on-site technical support such as measuring and basic design input for shower door bath remodeling projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or someone currently in industry who is comfortable selling, persistent in prospecting, and confident working directly with contractors in a competitive market.

As a vendor to the trade, we partner closely with remodeling contractors, interior designers, home builders and tile and flooring retailers, delivering both branded and private-label products across retail, wholesale and design driven markets. Our ideal sales candidates will have experience with kitchen & bath remodelers, or contractor-focused wholesale trade with a strong ability to drive growth through relationship based sales and product knowledge in the remodeling industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth (Primary Focus)

Provide hands-on account management to assigned existing clients to develop growth through timely customer service and product extension
Actively prospect and acquire new remodeling contractor and dealer accounts through cold calling, phone solicitation, jobsite visits, and referrals, while managing and growing assigned existing accounts
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline, from initial contact to ongoing account development
Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs, present solutions, and close new business
Confidently overcome objections and position value in a competitive market
Develop long-term relationships with contractors, dealers, and trade partners
Monitor local competitors and market conditions to adjust sales approach

Field & Technical Support

Perform accurate on-site measurements for shower door build specifications
Provide basic layout, design input, and product guidance to support sales efforts
Serve as a technical point of contact for contractors regarding product fit and application
Identify potential site challenges early and communicate solutions clearly

Organization & Reporting

Independently plan daily and weekly sales activities to meet acquisition goals
Track calls, visits, leads, and opportunities using CRM or internal systems

Qualifications

Proficiency with frequent email communication and professional written correspondence
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for proposals, reporting, and basic data tracking
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to quickly become proficient with industry-specific design and measurement software
1–3 years of experience in sales, construction, remodeling trades, or a related field preferred
Physical ability to perform measurement protocol at job sites, 1st, 2nd and 3rd story locations.
Proven comfort with cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person prospecting
Ability to accurately measure spaces and understand basic remodeling concepts
Strong verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak, persuade, and close
Self-starter with strong drive, discipline, and time-management skills
Strategic thinker who can adapt in a competitive, contractor-driven market
Relationship builder with a professional, trade-friendly approach
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Candidates seeking a purely desk-based or account-maintenance sales role with little prospecting
Sales professionals from unrelated industries who are not interested in learning the remodeling trades or working on active job sites
Mature, late-career sales backgrounds looking for a senior-level or purely relationship-managed position
Individuals uncomfortable with cold calling, phone solicitation, or in-person prospecting
Anyone unable to perform regular field work, including walking job sites, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
