Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide outstanding customer support. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will help ensure smooth daily operations while creating a positive experience for visitors and staff alike.

Ability to speak another language such as Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus!!

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Friday 8:00AM -4:30PM

*********SIGN ON BONUS $500.00 after 6 months of employment********

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Respond to employee inquiries via phone and text line
Assist applicants with completing employment applications
Distribute employee paychecks
Maintain gas slips, car wash logs, and related records
Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic)
Provide general administrative and office support
Order and manage office supplies
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Prepare memos, emails, and reports as needed
Create basic posters, signs, and office communications as needed
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Manage workflow and complete tasks accurately and on time
Handle confidential information with discretion
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for various departments or personnel
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Report directly to the Office Manager

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
Experience in customer service or customer support roles that emphasize professionalism and communication skills
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
