Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Guest Experience Manager to lead our front office operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless guest services, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, streamline check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties

Supervise and coordinate all front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
Lead and motivate team to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth
Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal departments
Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle guest relations issues promptly, aiming to resolve concerns with a positive attitude and effective solutions
Maintain a polished appearance of the front desk area, ensuring it reflects the hotel’s standards of hospitality
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software (StayNTouch, Travelclick, booking party extranets)
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, diplomacy, and enthusiasm
