Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly, efficient voice of our organization! In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional support to clients, manage inquiries with enthusiasm, and ensure smooth communication across multiple channels. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat using multi-line phone systems and email platforms.
Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients to appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools.
Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings with excellent time management skills.
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring client communication is clear and professional.
Handle administrative responsibilities like filing documents, managing office supplies, and supporting team members with personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools.
Prior experience with customer service roles involving phone communication and front desk responsibilities.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and technical proficiency in productivity software is essential.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
