Lead a Brand-New Class A Community from Day One

The Martino Group is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Property Manager to lead the full lease-up and stabilization of a brand-new Class A apartment community.

This is not a maintenance role. This is not a “keep things running” position.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to take a luxury asset from first unit delivered to stabilized performance and build a top-performing community in one of North Texas’ fastest-growing submarkets.

Full Ownership: Lead all aspects of the property including leasing, marketing, team leadership, and financial performance.
Lease-Up Experience: Execute a full lease-up from scratch.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Drive Leasing Performance:

Execute lease-up strategy and hit occupancy goals
Lead tours and closing efforts
Monitor and adjust performance metrics

Build & Lead a High-Performance Team:

Hire, train, and develop staff
Set expectations and accountability

Own Financial Performance:

Manage rent growth and concessions
Control expenses and track KPIs

Execute Marketing:

Leverage digital platforms and local outreach
Continuously optimize strategies

Deliver Resident Experience:

Maintain high service standards
Resolve issues proactively

Who You Are

What You Bring

3+ years residential property management experience
Lease-up experience preferred
Strong financial and operational knowledge
Experience with Yardi or similar software
Knowledge of Fair Housing
Marketing and digital leasing experience
