Job Overview

Keller Williams Pinehurst is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused professional to become the welcoming face of our Market Center.

This is much more than a receptionist position. As our Director of First Impressions, you'll be the first person our agents, clients, and guests encounter each day. You'll help create an exceptional office experience while supporting one of the area's leading real estate brokerages.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Welcome agents, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Support agents with questions about office systems and Keller Williams Command.
Assist with agent onboarding.
Maintain an organized, professional reception area.
Prepare conference rooms for meetings and training.
Coordinate calendars and schedule office training classes.
Help plan and support office events.
Create flyers, marketing materials, and social media content.
Order office supplies and manage incoming mail and packages.
Keep the kitchen, reception area, and common spaces neat and welcoming.
Perform light office cleaning and general upkeep.
Complete a variety of administrative projects that help keep the office running efficiently.

Experience

At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Experience with technology programs
Experience with marketing.
Comfortable managing social media platforms.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Customer service experience is highly valued.

Schedule & Benefits

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
