QUALITY AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Sheergard Composite Solutions | Salem, NH | Full-Time | Onsite

We're hiring a Quality System and Office Administrator to keep our quality systems, documents, and office operations organized and running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally detail-oriented, loves keeping things in order, and wants to support the entire growing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Quality & Document Control

· Maintain our document control, keeping procedures, work instructions, forms, and policies current and properly filed

· Keep our nonconformance and corrective action records organized and up to date

· Support internal audits by organizing files, preparing checklists, and keeping records straight

· Maintain training records and help track who needs what training

· File and organize quality records, certificates, and inspection documentation

Administrative Support

· Answer phones and manage the main reception area

· Coordinate scheduling for meetings, site visits, and audit activities

· Manage email, calendar coordination, and general office communication

· Assist with record filing, and general business management tasks

· Support various administrative tasks across departments as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Really organized and detail-oriented.

· Excellent with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction

· Someone who genuinely enjoys keeping information organized and accessible

· Comfortable in a small company where you'll wear multiple hats

NICE TO HAVE

· Pursuing further education, Associate’s degree or equivalent

· Any exposure to quality systems, manufacturing, etc.

· Basic Accounting Knowledge

· Experience with document control or records management
