Full Job Description

Stout’s at the Shore, a new fine dining concept in Cinnamon Shore, is now hiring hosts, runners, and Bussers to join our opening front-of-house team!

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are energetic, dependable, and passionate about hospitality. Whether you're resetting tables or keeping the bar stocked, your role will be essential to creating a seamless guest experience.

What We Offer:

$15/hour base pay + tip share

Full-time and part-time shifts available

Requirements:

Prior restaurant experience (bussing or bar back preferred)
Basic kitchen or food knowledge
Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help
Able to follow direction, communicate clearly, and maintain a team-first mindset
Must have or obtain a valid Texas Food Handler’s Certification
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (bar back duties)

Responsibilities:

Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Run food to tables and assist servers as needed
Maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and describe dishes
Assist with dish pit and help put away clean smallwares
Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas

Team players who stay busy and jump in wherever help is needed
Individuals who take pride in a clean, professional appearance
Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills—you’ll interact with both guests and coworkers
People who understand the importance of timing, teamwork, and guest satisfaction

Hours of Operation:

Sun - Thu | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Fri - Sat | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shifts will vary depending on availability and restaurant needs.
