Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction management, from initial design schematics to project completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and budget targets. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules to deliver results that exceed expectations. Duties

Lead project planning efforts by developing detailed construction schedules and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee construction estimating processes, including cost management and budget tracking, and using project management software.
Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance documents such as Civil 3D files and construction regulations.
Manage construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining construction schedule coordination.
Monitor construction regulatory compliance and ensure all work aligns with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Facilitate project meetings, document progress through detailed reports, and manage project documentation including construction plans and schedules.

Experience

Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
Extensive background in construction scheduling using project scheduling tools.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent time management skills.
Hands-on experience with construction site activities, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for projects within the civil or commercial sectors is highly desirable.
