Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Maintenance Lead for residential facilities to drive excellence in building operations and maintenance. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of safety regulations, troubleshooting issues, and managing facilities to deliver a comfortable and secure living environment for residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity applying your technical expertise to enhance residential property performance.

A maintenance Lead's primary role is to mange site maintenance, maintain grounds, landscape maintenance; including pressure washing, curb painting, leaf pick-up, etc. It also includes inspection and reporting of issues, monitoring for safety and security issues, help ensuring porter and maintenance tasks are carried out correctly, and supporting the Community Manager.

About Our Property

Recently opened apartments located in Gresham/Portland. Property consist of 100+ multifamily units positioned over ground floor commercial space.

Schedule: 40 hours/week; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (on-call help as needed)

Compensation: $25-$25.50 / hr (DOE)

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Drivers License Required!
At least two (2) years' working as a property maintenance lead
Basic knowledge of building trades, such as plumbing, electric, and carpentry.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Comfortable on ladders at heights of 15 feet.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
Able to complete online and in-person company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
Willingness to be on-call on a rotating basis for occasional after hours and weekend emergencies.

Pay: $25.00 - $25.50 per hour
