Assistant Nurse Manager, Emergency Department — Step into a high impact nursing leadership role where your skills, compassion, and vision shape lifesaving care every day. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll help lead a dynamic ED team at a respected acute care hospital in Eastern Washington, elevating patient outcomes and advancing your career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

The Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Manager will join an organization known for clinical excellence, innovative technology, and unwavering community support. As the ED Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll help lead an Emergency Department within a Level III Trauma Center that delivers rapid, coordinated care for complex, time-sensitive conditions. With 24/7 access to imaging and lab services, streamlined stroke and STEMI pathways, trauma-ready protocols, and an interdisciplinary team of emergency physicians and specialists, the Assistant Nurse Manager will thrive in an emergency department focused on positive outcomes, safety, and compassionate patient care.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager and collaborating closely with the Director of Emergency Services, the ED Assistant Nurse Manager will enjoy strong administrative support, generous resources, and a collaborative hospital culture.
