Inspired Instruction is hiring a solutions-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Our office location is 1318 Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801. The compensation range is $45,000-$50,000 per year. Office hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.

The Office Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations, organization, and overall efficiency of the company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys creating systems and structure, takes initiative without repeated direction, and brings positive energy to the workplace.

We are seeking someone who demonstrates a desire to grow professionally and contribute more broadly over time. As the role evolves, there may be opportunities to support additional operational functions, client-facing coordination, and implementation-related activities.

Founded in 2010, Inspired Instruction has partnered with K–12 schools and districts to provide customized professional development, instructional coaching, curriculum support, and job-embedded services designed to improve student outcomes through excellence in teaching. Essential Responsibilities:

The Office Administrator will help ensure that the organization operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently by:

Maintaining an organized, welcoming, safe, and efficient office environment, including coordinating office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor-supported services
Ensuring school partners, vendors, and team members receive timely, professional, and helpful communication via phone, email, and other administrative interactions
Supporting efficient office operations through timely processing of mail, packages, documentation, and accurate maintenance of digital records within the company CRM
Supporting the successful completion of school Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other operational documentation through organization, formatting, and coordination of required materials
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, workplace documentation, and internal administrative records
Providing dependable administrative and operational support to office staff and remote team members while building positive and professional working relationships across the organization
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows that help teams operate more effectively and efficiently, while taking initiative to contribute beyond assigned tasks
Supporting additional operational or client support responsibilities as the role grows and evolves, along with other duties as needed

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of proven office administration or office management experience, preferably within the educational services industry
Knowledgeable with using productivity and CRM software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Experience managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities and support-related tasks
Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and RFP documentation
Experience supporting operations, project coordination, or client-facing administrative functions
