About the Role

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering impactful training programs that support employee capability, performance, and engagement. You’ll be highly visible in the business—facilitating training, coordinating inductions, maintaining learning systems, and partnering closely with Operations and Performance teams.

This role is ideal for someone who loves facilitating, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in operational excellence and learner experience.

What You’ll Do

Facilitation & Delivery

Facilitate new hire inductions, career pathway programs, and business initiatives
Deliver individual and group-based training sessions
Support accredited and internal training programs
Ensure sessions run in line with facilitator guides and learning objectives

Learning Design & Continuous Improvement

Support learning analysis to identify training needs and objectives
Partner with subject matter experts to develop and update learning materials
Maintain manuals, facilitator guides, and learning content on the intranet
Stay current with system updates and industry best practices

Assessment & Learning Records

Develop, organize, and maintain assessment tools
Assess learner competency and provide structured feedback
Grade accredited training submissions and issue certificates
Maintain accurate training records and reports

Learning Operations & Administration

Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate onboarding and accredited training logistics
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and reports
Ensure training environments are safe, prepared, and compliant

Collaboration & Projects

Work closely with Operations Managers, Team Performance Managers, and Leaders
Support learning initiatives aligned to current business needs
Participate in L&D projects as assigned by leadership

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Capabilities

Strong facilitation and presentation skills across varying learning levels
Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail
Confident communicator with professional presence
Strong administrative and reporting capability
Ability to multitask and work confidently in fast‑paced environments
Technically savvy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; LMS experience preferred)
Commitment to service, quality, and continuous improvement

Experience & Qualifications

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience) preferred
Experience supporting onboarding, training delivery, or L&D coordination
Understanding of operational or call‑center environments a plus
Experience in maintaining learning records or LMS systems is beneficial
