Full Job Description

This is a full-time OR Part-time on-site intake coordinator role located in Raleigh, NC at RHD Legal, PLLC. As an intake coordinator, you will be responsible for handling front desk tasks, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the office staff. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

About the Role

This is a hybrid, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on variety. You'll be the first face and voice our clients experience when they walk in or call — and you'll also help manage RHD Legal's social media presence. This role suits someone organized, personable, and comfortable switching between "professional front desk" and "creative content mode" throughout the day.

We're looking for someone with genuine strength in at least one of these two areas (front desk/intake or social/content creation) who is capable and willing to grow in the other.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Reception & Intake

Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally in-office and by phone
Conduct initial client intake: gather case details, verify contact/insurance information, and input leads accurately into the case management system
Manage incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks
Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations
Maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment

Social Media & Content Marketing

Manage the firm's day-to-day social media presence and posting calendar
Help brainstorm, create, and schedule original content
Write captions and coordinate basic graphics/video content in line with firm branding
Track engagement and help keep content fresh and on-brand

Qualifications

Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, legal intake, or administrative role preferred (law firm experience a plus but not required)
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand — please share examples/portfolio if available
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across different types of work in the same day
Comfortable with phones, scheduling software, and case management/CRM tools (training provided)
Basic familiarity with content/design tools (Canva, native social apps, or similar)
Professional, warm demeanor — you're often a client's first impression of the firm
Trustworthy and discreet

Nice to Have

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience in personal injury or another client-facing legal practice area
Basic video editing skills

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
