Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in representing our organization professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling incoming inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
Maintain organized filing systems, process documents accurately, and perform basic word processing tasks using Microsoft Office tools
Support office management tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and maintaining supplies to ensure a well-organized reception area
Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing client communication, and supporting administrative staff as needed
Handle general office duties efficiently while demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management

Qualifications

Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computer literacy essential for daily tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients
Demonstrated phone reception skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette
Experience in customer service or client communication roles that require professionalism and patience
Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
