Appointment Setters / Account Executives – Pre-Settlement Funding

Cash Now Funding Group is a growing provider of pre-settlement funding solutions, helping plaintiffs access cash advances while awaiting lawsuit settlements. We're expanding our team and seeking experienced, high-energy appointment setters/account executives to set qualified appointments with US legal professionals (attorneys and law firms) for our outside sales team.
What we offer:

Guaranteed base pay of $20.00 per hour+ highly competitive bonus structure — top performers earn $25,000–$50,000+ EXTRA annually in additional commissions
Bonus paid for every attended/confirmed appointment
30 hours/week standard ( opportunity for more hours)
Independent contractor position (1099)
Strategic, high-value outbound calling — LEADS PROVIDED to focus on professionals with real funding needs

Ideal candidate:

Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B sales (legal funding, merchant cash advance, financial services, or professional services preferred)

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Motivated, resilient, and money-driven — you thrive on results and uncapped earning potential
Professional phone presence suitable for speaking with attorneys

Position Details:

Full-time
M-F 9:30a.m.-4:30p.m. with some flexibility, depending on what time zone we are working in.
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Appointment Setting: 1 year (Preferred)
Salesforce CRM experience (Preferred)

We are looking for the following qualities: Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success with a strong work ethic

Professional sales experience
Comfortable working from a computer and working within databases
Comfortable working from your home office IN A QUIET SPACE with the ability to hardwire to your router/modem. Must own a WINDOWS 10 or Windows 11 pc with headset and microphone, minimum 8 GB of RAM and MUST HAVE A HIGH-SPEED stable internet connection.
Professional phone skills. Out-going personality.
Ability to make and take a volume of phone calls as well as email, make changes in Salesforce CRM
Manage calls; actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
Assess information quickly, make recommendations, and find solutions
Problem solve to overcome obstacles
Exceptionally well spoken: Can speak with conviction and confidence
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
Coachable: Willing to seek out and accept direction from management
Deliver results and meet performance/sales goals and quotas
Previous call center/inside sales/tele-sales experience REQUIRED
Proven track record of success (i.e. consistently meeting quota)
Excellent customer service and communications skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
The ideal candidate would have inside sales experience in a metrics driven environment
