TEKWave Solutions is looking for the second kind.

We are expanding into new geographic markets and we need sharp, connected, entrepreneurial Market Manufacturers Representatives who are ready to plant a flag, own their patch, and build something that pays them for years — not just quarters.

TEKWave Solutions is entering an exciting new chapter of growth — and we're looking for driven, entrepreneurial market owners to grow with us across the U.S.

Ideal candidates must currently reside in Charlotte, NC Metro Area, Hilton Head/Low Country, SC Atlanta, GA, Dallas or Houston, TX, Southern CA, or Phoenix AZ.

TEKWave is a technology services firm specializing in integrated physical security solutions (SaaS & Hardware)— including access control, video surveillance, and converged security systems. The Role: You Own the Market

This is not a lead-follower role. This is not a quote-and-submit role. This is a market ownership role — and your compensation reflects exactly that.

As a Market Representative, you are the TEKWave presence in your geography. You will:

Hunt, develop, and close new business — Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through signed contract in your assigned territory. You find it, you develop it, you close it.
Manage and grow existing market relationships — TEKWave's existing customer base in your territory is yours to nurture, protect, and expand. New orders, equipment upgrades, solution add-ons, and upsells within established accounts are part of your market ownership responsibility.
Build deep market presence — Develop relationships with end users, integrators, consultants, and specifiers in your geography. Become the name people call when they think physical security technology.
Own the customer lifecycle — From first conversation to post-installation relationship, you are the face of TEKWave in your market.
Deliver consistent pipeline reporting — Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of your territory's activity, opportunities, and forecast.

How You Get Paid — Tiered Commission by Activity Type

Your commission rate is tied directly to your level of involvement in generating the revenue. The more you own, the more you earn.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a manufacturer rep, territory sales, or regional business development role — Having experience in physical security, security SaaS, life safety, or related technology sectors is helpful-- but not required.
An existing network in your target geography is ideal— end users, integrators, security leaders, channel partners/resellers, property managers, facilities directors, community directors, operations managers-you can activate quickly
Deep understanding of the full sales cycle--from identifying an opportunity to navigating a competitive spec process to closing
Comfortable operating independently and remotely— you run your market; we support you
Strong consultative selling skills — you solve problems, not just pitch products
Experience with CRM-based pipeline management and accurate forecasting
The mindset of a market builder, not a quota-filler

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with tiered rates designed to reward your actual contribution. There is no ceiling — your territory is yours to grow and your earnings scale with it. Representatives who establish strong market presence and combine new business hunting with smart account stewardship can build a significant, recurring income stream over time.
