Job Type: Full-Time or Contract

Compensation:

Full-Time: $65,000 annually
Contractor: $35–$60 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Funnel & GoHighLevel Operations Specialist to own and optimize the backend systems that power our marketing and sales engine.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We need someone who understands the entire customer journey, from lead generation to booked appointments and post-sale follow-up, and can proactively build, maintain, and improve the systems that support growth at scale.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and naturally curious about identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions before they impact the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, tags, custom fields, forms, surveys, triggers, and opportunities.
Build, test, and optimize registration flows, thank-you pages, appointment booking sequences, reminder campaigns, no-show automations, rebooking flows, and sales follow-up processes.
Manage SMS and email automations for webinars, masterclasses, promotions, appointment reminders, retargeting campaigns, and post-event communication.
Maintain clean CRM segmentation and tagging based on provider, funnel, campaign, event date, lead source, appointment status, purchase behavior, and follow-up stage.
Configure and QA UTM tracking, hidden fields, source attribution, forms, and CRM handoffs.
Troubleshoot workflow failures, duplicate messaging, incorrect tags, missed reminders, calendar conflicts, trigger errors, and lead routing issues.
Test every funnel prior to launch to ensure seamless lead flow from opt-in through appointment booking and sales follow-up.
Develop SOPs, naming conventions, workflow documentation, and system maps.
Collaborate closely with marketing, paid advertising, analytics, scheduling, concierge, call center, and leadership teams.

UTM and source attribution tracking
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy
