Full Job Description

Position Summary

Divine Foods USA is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Coordinator to

proactively contact our existing customers, collect product orders, and coordinate with our

production and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

This position is not cold calling. You will work with our established customer base, helping

restaurants, grocery stores, distributors, and wholesalers place their regular orders while

providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is detail-oriented, and can build lasting customer

relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities

●

Contact assigned customers on a regular schedule to collect orders.

Build strong relationships with existing customers.

Enter customer orders accurately into the order management system.

Confirm product availability and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled.

Follow up on pending quotes and incomplete orders.

Contact customers who have not ordered recently to encourage repeat business.

Resolve order-related questions and communicate updates.

Maintain accurate customer records and notes.

Escalate customer concerns when necessary.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure customer

satisfaction.Qualifications

●

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, wholesale food distribution, or

logistics is a plus.
