Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming customer orders and verify order information for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate remotely with warehouse fulfillment shipping and operations teams regarding order status and availability.

Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process from initial processing through shipment and delivery.

Maintain accurate digital records of orders customer information shipment details and tracking updates.

Communicate with customers through phone email or approved digital channels regarding order confirmations and status updates.

Assist with order changes cancellations returns replacements and fulfillment related requests.

Track pending delayed and completed orders and follow up with appropriate teams when action is required.

Identify order discrepancies inventory concerns shipping delays or fulfillment issues and escalate when necessary.

Prepare digital order summaries fulfillment reports and supporting documentation.

Monitor shared inboxes and respond to order related inquiries promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and ensure accurate order completion.

Update internal systems with order status shipment information and relevant communication notes.

Maintain organized digital files and documentation related to fulfillment activities.

Provide general remote administrative support to help fulfillment operations remain organized and efficient.

Qualifications

High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience in order fulfillment customer service logistics warehouse coordination or administrative support is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate order processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational time management and follow up skills.

Comfortable using order management systems spreadsheets email and office software.

Ability to manage multiple orders priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify and escalate fulfillment issues appropriately.

Comfortable collaborating remotely with warehouse shipping customer service and operations teams.

Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Reliable internet access and an appropriate environment for remote work.

Willingness to learn company procedures fulfillment systems and order management workflows through provided training.

Pay: $32.78 - $37.98 per hour
