Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager with primary focus on IL, IL, OH and secondary focus on IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, W. PA, WI, ND, SD who is driven, assertive, and ready to travel extensively to meet target clients for conversion and expand our reach. This is your opportunity to play a key role in our dynamic, growth-focused company with personal & financial growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to sell products using solid value propositions to prospective dealers (custom installers) and expand existing relationships.
Travel extensively, at least four days a week and three weeks a month to develop new dealers, and maintain positive dealer relationships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and target dealers, ensuring dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time to exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance sales efforts and drive overall growth.
Report on progress, sales activities, and outcomes, using a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
At least 3 years of successfully traveling salesperson experience during the last five years.
A 2 or 4-year college degree or equivalent needed.
Exceptional sales skills with a strong ability to persuade, communicate, and close deals.
Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in the competitive market.
Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
