Quality First Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Canvass Manager to lead our Reno canvassing operation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a team, develop talent, and play a key role in growing one of the region's leading home improvement companies.

If you're energized by coaching people, creating winning strategies, and exceeding goals, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Canvass Manager, you will:

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a successful canvassing team
Lead daily field operations and motivate your team to exceed performance goals
Create canvassing routes and territory strategies to maximize lead generation
Coach team members in the field through ongoing training and mentorship
Monitor lead quality, appointment production, and team performance
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive business growth
Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture

What We're Looking For

3+ years of canvassing or door-to-door leadership experience
Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain successful teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Results-driven with a competitive mindset
Experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
