Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill all available positions in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles in an exciting brand new brewpub. This dynamic team-oriented environment offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and a vibrant workplace culture. Whether you excel in delivering exceptional customer service or thrive in food preparation and kitchen operations, your contribution will be vital to creating memorable experiences for our guests. All positions are paid and are designed to foster a lively, positive atmosphere where every team member plays a key role in our success.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing, payments, and transaction management.
Prepare, cook, or assemble food items following established recipes and food safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
Follow food safety management protocols diligently to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination or spoilage.
Support team members in maintaining high sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines and adherence to health guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with team members across FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Must be of proper age and possess appropriate state certifications to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly desirable.
Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
A proactive attitude with the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace by following sanitation procedures consistently.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
