Full Job Description

Director of Property Management

Must have 3 Years Minimum Commercial Property Management / Asset Management Experience

Looking for motivated individual to lead our property management division for both in-house portfolio and 3rd party management portfolio.

Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine rental rates and develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent payments, expenses, and maintenance requests
- Assist with the collection of rent payments and enforce lease terms as necessary
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
- Stay updated on local rental market trends, regulations, and best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in data entry and using property management software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
