Job Description

The Administrative Support Associate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experience. This position will support call center operations, including managing inbound calls, coordinating patient scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure timely access to breast surgery services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based ambulatory environment.

Job Responsibilities

Serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate patient care.
Manages high-volume of inbound calls accurately triaging patient inquires and routing calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative team members
Ability to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while following provider scheduling guidelines
Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting patients, processing check-in/check-out activities, and collecting co-payments
Perform other diversified administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of relevant experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred
