Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, client-focused Sales Representative to join our team full-time at our on-site location (not a remote position). The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and enjoys building strong client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a growing team. Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Representative and ignite your career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment! This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clients, develop strategic business relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales techniques.

Duties

Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, and lead generation
Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual goals and KPIs
Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and contracts
Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships in collaboration with our Client Success Team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and hand-off to our Client Success Team

Skills

3-5 years of sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Organized, reliable, and professional
Experience with HUBSpot is a plus
Understanding of third-party collections processes is a plus
Strong time management skills
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for effective customer engagement
Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques to generate new leads and expand market reach
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.

Physical Qualifications

Be able to lift a minimum of 5 pounds
Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
Be able to communicate in a common language with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour workweek schedule

Compensation is salary-based with bonus opportunity. This is a full-time position with benefits.
