Overview

StoneX USA – Now Hiring for Chicago Branch (Opening Soon)

StoneX USA is expanding and opening a new Chicago branch in Elk Grove Village (Lively Blvd) within the next month. To support our growth, we are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for the following roles:

Open Position:

Inside Sales Associate

Support walk-in and phone customers
Prepare quotes and process orders
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in stone, cabinetry, building materials, or wholesale sales
Strong communication and customer service

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to expand our customer base.
Manage assigned territories effectively by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and account management strategies.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics.
Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
