Full Job Description

Ro Health is currently hiring qualified RNs to work in public schools in San Diego.

Are you a licensed RN with a passion for working with kids? Are you looking for a role with a great schedule, competitive pay, and development opportunities? Look no further: Ro Health is hiring a qualified nurse to work with us for the 26/27 school year!

Job Details:

Location: San Diego, CA
Part Time
Pay Range $35 - $39
Shift: Anywhere between 7:00am-4:00pm
Days: Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends
Target Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities may include:

Health Office coverage
Distributing medication to students with a med pass
Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
Working 1:1 with a patient that has one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic, seizures) - Preferred experience with higher acuity cases.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Requirements:

Active, California RN license
1 year nursing experience preferred!
CPR/BLS certification

Paid Training Provided:

Seizure disorder education
Diastat administration
Insulin injections and pumps
Diabetic Management
Medication Administration
G-tube feedings
Tracheostomy Care
