Full Job Description

Job Title: Accounting

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Transcribe and type correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide support to the team by performing various clerical tasks.

-Process orders from sales personnel. Verify client information is up to date and have no outstanding balance prior to invoicing.
- Sales and inventory.
- Inform the Warehouse Supervisor of order received to best coordinate the delivery routes for the week.

-Invoices good shipped to export customers.

-Send all required information to customers.

-Prepare biweekly and monthly sales vs projections reports.

-Prepare purchase orders as may be requested.

-Assure the companies are always in compliance with all applicable government regulations and obligations.

Requirements:
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
