Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management, including food safety, inventory control, and customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

This is a full time, hourly position, working a 40-hour week, plus 7.5 hours of scheduled overtime.

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Develop and manage budgets, analyzing financial reports to drive profitability.
Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and implementing feedback.
Collaborate with staff to ensure menu quality and consistency.
Utilize Heartland POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Skills

Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Heartland POS, for efficient management of transactions.
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Experience in food management within quick service fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments.
Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
