PIZZA MAKER COOK KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER BARTENDER HYBRID

The Beacon Pizza Bar is looking to add multiple positions to our team. We are searching for a Experienced Pizza Maker Prep Cook, Kitchen Team Member and Bartender/Server Hybrid. Hours and compensation will vary by position.

**********MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO APPLY**********

EXPERIENCED PIZZA MAKER PREP COOK

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to restaurant recipes.
Roll, stretch, and shape dough to create pizzas.
Assemble and cook pizzas in ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
Monitor food quality and presentation to meet standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
Follow direction, lead and instructions from Ownership in all aspects.
Assist Ownership when needed.
Collaboration to ensure timely order preparation.
Cell phone use during work hours strictly reduced.
Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be able to safely lift 50-100lbs.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Willingness and availability to work nights, weekends and have flexibility as necessitated by needs of the business.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Have reliable transportation or means to arrive in a timely manner for each scheduled shift.
Perform end of night cleaning duties maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Authorized to work in The United States, ability to pass a background check. No relocation assistance provided. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

Willingness and availability to work nights, weekends and have flexibility as necessitated by needs of the business.
Must be able to safely lift 50-100lbs.
Have reliable transportation or means to arrive in a timely manner for each scheduled shift.
Some kitchen experience preferred, however we will train the right candidate. Must have foundational knife handling skills.
Follow direction, lead and instructions from Ownership in all aspects.
Assist Ownership when needed.
Attention to detail, food safety, food handling, cleanliness, positive attitude, reliable, strong work ethic, responsible.
Cell phone usage during work hours strictly reduced.
Prepare ingredients, chopping, slicing, dicing, refilling items, proficiency using a meat slicer, safe knife handling, able to wash items properly, able to operate dishwasher.
Prepare appetizers, salads, grinders, dessert etc.
Perform end of night cleaning duties maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times.

BARTENDER SERVER HYBRID

In search of extra income? Have current employment and past bartender/server experience?
Bartender serves guests at the bar top and also the dining room.
Past bartending experience not required, will train the right candidate. Must have foundational knowledge of spirits, beer and wine.
Have reliable transportation or means to arrive in a timely manner for each scheduled shift.

Welcoming guests in a friendly and respectful manner at all times.
Preparing cocktails from specified recipes.
Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner at all times.

Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining room at all times.
Answer phone promptly, taking orders correctly and consistently.
Clean, bus and disinfect bar top/dining room tables promptly turning them over efficiently when guests have vacated.
Must be able to operate point of sale system reliably, accurately and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.
Perform end of night cleaning duties maintaining bar and dining room cleanliness at all times.
