If you are enthusiastic about utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients, excel during a busy rush, and want to learn directly from an exceptional Executive Chef, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You Will Do:

Prep, cook, and plate dishes with precision, strictly adhering to our elevated fine-dining standards.
Collaborate efficiently with the BOH crew to deliver a smooth, fast, and flawless dinner service.
Maintain a pristine, fully stocked, and highly organized workstation from prep time through closing.
Strictly follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
Confidently accommodate on-the-fly allergy requests and dietary modifications.
Assist in executing premium catering functions and exclusive special events as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years of professional line cook experience (prior experience in a fine-dining setting is highly preferred).
Schedule Availability: Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 PM (or 2:00 PM) until 10:00 PM. Weekends and some holidays are required.
Great Attitude: Highly coachable, eager to expand your culinary toolkit, and open to constructive feedback.
Culinary Passion: A detail-oriented mindset with an uncompromising dedication to flavor profiles, plating consistency, and overall excellence.
