Full Job Description

Job Summary

reVIBE Mental Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about both clinical excellence and leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced therapist ready to take the next step into operations while continuing to maintain an active caseload.

As a Clinic Manager, you will partner with the Executive Director to oversee the daily operations, support clinicians, improve patient access, and support clinic growth. You'll play a key role in developing staff, maintaining compliance, supporting recruitment, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and providers.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership

Maintain an active patient caseload
Provide clinical supervision for assigned clinicians and review required documentation.
Coach and mentor clinicians to support professional growth and quality care.
Support annual performance evaluations in collaboration with clinical leadership.

Operations & Practice Management

Partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily clinic operations.
Monitor provider schedules, clinic capacity, and office utilization to maximize patient access.
Meet with clinicians to review schedules and improve appointment availability.
Manage referrals and support timely scheduling of new patients.
Maintain provider availability and intake tracking systems.
Coordinate office supplies and administrative needs.
Assist with onboarding, training, and offboarding of team members.
Update required DHS logs and support regulatory readiness during inspections.

Team Leadership

Serve as the primary resource for day-to-day administrative questions.
Help foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture through team recognition, celebrations, and engagement activities.
Participate in leadership meetings and clinic manager meetings.
Partner with business development and marketing teams on community outreach initiatives.

Technology & Administrative Support

Troubleshoot issues involving:
EHR
Microsoft Teams
Outlook
Microsoft 365
ADP
Billing workflows
Support clinicians in effective use of technology and documentation systems.

Qualifications

Required

Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health discipline.
Current independent Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Working knowledge of Arizona behavioral health regulations.
Experience using Electronic Health Records (Valant experience preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience supporting clinician recruitment, onboarding, or performance management.
Knowledge of AHCCCS and commercial insurance operations.
Experience in an outpatient behavioral health practice.
