Hiring Immediately | Start This Week | Weekly Pay

New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings at one of our premier client locations, Tommy Bahama's Distribution Center in Auburn, WA.

We're looking for dependable team members who are ready to start as soon as possible. If you're motivated, enjoy staying active, and want to get to work right away, we want to hear from you.

Assignment: Warehouse Associate
Location: Auburn, WA (NOTE: This position is NOT bus accessable)
Starting Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am 2:30 pm, OR 7 am to 3:30 pm (must be able to do either)
Benefits Offered: Paid Weekly, Paid Training, Paid Sick Leave, Affordable Healthcare Plan, Simple IRA (401K)

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support day to day warehouse operations at Tommy Bahama's distribution center. Depending on business needs, you may work in order fulfillment, picking and packing, returns processing, repack, receiving, shipping, or other warehouse departments. Every day offers variety, and you'll play an important role in keeping products moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
Process returns and inspect merchandise.
Repack and label products for shipment.
Receive, sort, and stock inventory.
Use handheld scanners to track inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist in other warehouse departments as needed.

What We're Looking For

Ready to start immediately.
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong attendance.
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working in a fast paced warehouse.
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
