Company Overview
NVelUp USA Inc. provides administrative and operational support for a growing virtual mental healthcare practice. We are committed to helping patients access high-quality care from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. NVelUp currently supports services in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and New Mexico, with plans to expand into additional states in the near future. We are especially proud to support mental healthcare access for Veterans and to work with patients who need compassionate, responsive, and reliable care.

Job Overview

This hybrid role combines practice outreach, and operational management to support efficient operations and growth as well as exceptional patient service.

A primary focus of this position is direct outbound calling, including creating new business opportunities, identifying and contacting referral sources, following up on leads, and supporting new patient acquisition.

Additionally, the Patient Growth Practice Manager works closely with leadership, providers, and administrative staff to manage operations.

The position is hybrid, but will start fully remote until we open our office in Texas.

Compensation

$64,000/yr with performance incentives up to $120,000/yr total compensation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies that support practice growth, patient acquisition, patient retention, and referral development.
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to patient volume, outreach efforts, operational efficiency, and practice growth.
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional patient service.
Supervise, train, coach, and support assigned administrative staff.
Monitor employee productivity, workflow completion, and adherence to company policies and expectations.
Oversee patient scheduling, onboarding, intake, portal access, and administrative support processes.
Coordinate administrative support for providers to ensure efficient patient care and workflow management.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, privacy standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the continued growth and success of NVelUp USA Inc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, medical practice operations, business development, patient access, or a related healthcare environment preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience with Athena, EMR systems, telehealth platforms, or medical practice management systems preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare privacy, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
