We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will act as a key partner to the executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of priorities. This person will manage schedules, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, and help drive strategic initiatives forward. This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Los Angeles, CA, working both in the corporate office and the home office.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and meetings coordination
High proficiency in task tracking and organization
Maintain administrative compliance (registrations, payments, filings)
Team management, delegation, and follow-through
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and company events
Maintain confidentiality with discretion and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and well-organized executive office environment

Qualifications

High Proficiency in reading comprehension and writing
Growth oriented
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
