Full Job Description

Front Desk Scheduler

Pay: $19- $21

Monday - Friday

Clinical Duties:

· Assist patients by providing resources and support during their radiation treatments, including travel, lodging, transportation, and financial assistance.

· Complete FMLA/Disability forms as required.

· Coordinate and ensure high-quality, responsive, and compassionate care for patients undergoing radiation treatments.

· Monitors radiation department inventory levels and orders office supplies as necessary.

Scheduling:

· Scheduling medical procedures at Surgery Nevada

· Scheduling CT Simulation at Oncology Nevada

· Coordinating new patient referrals and ensuring timely scheduling

· Complete accurate documentation of informed consent and provide pre-op education to patients regarding procedures and radiation treatments.

Front Desk Duties:

· Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

· Collect co-pays and deductibles.

· Answer incoming calls and manage medical records requests.

· Perform intake of patient Health and Physical Information (HPI).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front Desk Scheduler to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in coordinating the care of patients undergoing radiation treatment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
