Now Hiring: Bookkeeper (Small Business Focus)

Are you a numbers person who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team! If you enjoy bringing order to financial chaos and supporting small business success, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process payroll (or assist with payroll coordination)
Prepare monthly financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven bookkeeping experience (small business preferred)
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online)
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Positive, team-player attitude

Bonus Points

Experience in dental, medical, or professional services
Advanced Excel skills
Bookkeeping or accounting certification
