Job Summary

TJR Construction LLC has served New England homeowners since 1997. With 29+ years of success in residential exterior restoration, we’re adding a skilled Project Manager / Quality Control Manager to our team. If you're an experienced construction professional ready for year-round work and a long-term career path, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish
Manage subcontractors and ensure work meets TJR standards
Pickups and Returns of supplies
Conduct on-site quality control inspections and document results
Perform or coordinate occasional small repairs
Capture photos and reports using a smartphone or tablet
Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
Drive a company heavy-duty truck with utility body to job sites across CT, MA, and RI
Occasionally tow 14' trailers for projects

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and general carpentry
Strong project supervision and construction management skills
Working knowledge of asphalt roofing, vinyl/wood siding, and aluminum gutter installation
Physically able to inspect roofs and exterior systems
Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and communication
Positive, customer-first attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and keep detailed records
Team-oriented and reliable
Able to work 40 plus hours and take charge of projects

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical
Reliable transportation to our Vernon, CT or Sutton, MA facility
Working smartphone and basic tech proficiency
Ability to operate a heavy-duty truck with utility body
Willingness to travel to job sites across CT, MA, and RI

Weekly pay: $26–$37 per hour (based on experience)
