POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt | Salary

REPORTS TO: CEO/Partner in St. Louis, MO

DEPARTMENT: Administration

LOCATION: St. Louis, MO office; On-site Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

POSITION OVERVIEW

Socium Advisors is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support collaborating directly with members of our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and can manage and prioritize a high level of diverse and deadline-driven tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain Executive calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video conferences, and travel.

· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

· Manage and book Executive travel including making last-minute changes or reservations.

· Acts as the main point of contact among executives, team members, support staff, and internal and external clients

· Format information for internal and external communications: memos, presentations, organizational charts, workbooks, reports, agendas, etc.

· Create, track, and manage spreadsheets and reports.

· Manage and track Executive Leadership’s team’s deadlines and goals.

· Attend meetings and take minutes.

· Reconcile Executive Expense Reports

· Ability to make decisions on behalf of Senior Leadership when required.

· Ability to support a fast-paced, demanding work schedule that can include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

· Plan/Attend events as required.

· Performs other position duties when required.

· Collaborate with other team members including peers within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a high-level Administrative, Executive, or Personal Assistant reporting to Senior Leadership required.

· Wealth Management experience a plus

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· Ability to clear a criminal background check.

· Minimal travel may be required for planning meetings and retreats.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, Zoom, projectors copy/fax, and smartphones.
