Full Job Description

If you're the kind of person who genuinely loves having a full plate and keeping all the plates spinning — this one's for you. We're a growing SaaS company in the mortgage technology space, and we need a sharp, organized Business Operations Specialist to help us run the back office the right way.

This role touches HR, marketing operations, finance, and admin — and we need someone who can shift gears without losing their cool. You won't be siloed. You'll be hands-on across the business, working directly with leadership, and making a real impact from day one.

What You'll Own

On the HR side, you'll be the go-to liaison with our PEO partner, managing onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, leave tracking, and keeping our employee handbook current. For marketing, you'll coordinate email campaigns, manage distribution lists, wrangle marketing materials and video uploads, and keep projects on track and on brand. You'll also handle customer invoicing, equipment procurement, asset tracking, and executive travel logistics.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in an operations, admin, or marketing coordinator role with experience in invoicing or basic accounting tools like QuickBooks or NetSuite. You're discreet with confidential info, proficient in Microsoft 365, and comfortable in tools like Salesforce, ClickUp, and HubSpot or similar email platforms. PEO experience and a SaaS or fintech background are a real plus.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and genuinely comfortable wearing multiple hats. You take initiative, follow through, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done right.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
