Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in a fast-paced environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
Supervise shift management to ensure timely service and optimal customer satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, including cash handling procedures
Train and develop staff through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and onboarding programs
Monitor food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Implement budgeting strategies to control costs while maximizing profitability
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with hospitality best practices
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team committed to excellence

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a quick service or fast food restaurant, with a background in food industry management preferred
Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, including team management and training & development
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures
Ability to lead with energy and motivation in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for interviewing, training, and supervising staff
