Crosspoint Landscape & Design is currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Landscape Irrigation Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. Landscape Irrigation Manager

The Landscape Irrigation Manager will be responsible for leading, scheduling, and directing personnel and resources to ensure high-quality, cost-effective irrigation installation projects for our clients. This role will oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as extensive experience in irrigation installation and management. This position offers the opportunity to be a key part of our growth-oriented company culture, along with opportunities for training, development, and advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion.

· Train and develop irrigation installation teams and provide day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.

· Manage all aspects of irrigation installations, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.

· Troubleshoot irrigation issues and read and scale irrigation plans to develop accurate cost estimates.

· Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plans for employees.

· Manage training and support of irrigation team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

· Order materials, monitor costs and deliveries, and assist with creating estimates for irrigation installation projects.

· Maintain job files, attend pre-walks and turn-over meetings, and create as-built documentation.

· Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in irrigation installation/construction projects.

· State of Florida issued Irrigation License (or capable of passing the test within 90 days).

· Strong knowledge and experience with cloud-based and computerized irrigation controller systems.

· Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications, including MS Office Suite.

· Valid driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

· Landscape experience.

· Plant, irrigation, construction, and drainage knowledge is essential.

· Competent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual Spanish preferred).

· Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

· Dedication to learning and improving company standards, procedures, and goals.

· Willingness to commit to the company and create a long-term career opportunity.

· Must have a valid driver’s license; Class D and CDL are a plus.
