About Us

Pediatric Smiles of Cypress is a high-energy, modern pediatric dental practice focused on delivering exceptional experiences for children and their families.

We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help expand our presence in the community while representing our brand with confidence, professionalism, and personality.

Who This Role is REALLY For

This is NOT a behind-the-scenes marketing job.

This role is for someone who:

Loves being out in the community
Can confidently connect with parents, schools, and local businesses
Has a polished, professional presence
Brings energy, personality, and initiative
Can help turn relationships into real patient growth

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will play a key role in helping grow the practice through community presence and relationship building.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build relationships with local schools, daycares, pediatric offices, and community organizations
Represent the practice at events, outreach visits, and partnerships
Identify and create new opportunities for community visibility and referrals
Track outreach efforts and follow up with contacts consistently
Support internal marketing initiatives and campaigns

Secondary (Support) Responsibilities:

Capture content (photos/videos) during events and in-office moments
Assist with social media content ideas and light execution
Help organize marketing materials and outreach logistics

What We’re Looking For

Confident, personable, and polished in appearance and communication
High energy with a natural ability to connect with people
Organized, proactive, and able to take initiative without constant direction
Comfortable representing a professional brand in the community
Tech-savvy and able to track outreach and follow-ups

Preferred Background

Experience in marketing, promotions, community outreach, or brand ambassador roles
Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or family-focused environments is a PLUS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required

(A marketing degree is NOT required — real-world people skills matter more.)

NOTE: Compensation is based on experience, professionalism, and ability to represent the brand at a high level.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
