Full Job Description

HL URIMAN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an SCM Lead. This role is vital to our factory's operational success, overseeing inventory integrity, facility maintenance, and supporting our ongoing digital modernization initiatives.

Job Summary

The SCM Lead ensures the seamless flow of SCM, logistics, and purchasing. This position is responsible for accurate and on-time purchasing, inventory control & real-time monitoring, collaboration for facility maintenance support, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure seamless JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery through close communication with customers, while actively sharing and resolving current issues and bottlenecks.

* Share updates and respond to inquiries by conducting real-time and routine monitoring of the systems used by our customers.

* Collaborate with and drive relevant departments to ensure 24/7 issue resolution whenever production floor issues arise.

* Inventory Management: Execute cycle counts, reconcile variances, manage obsolete inventory (FIFO), and handle the purchasing of consumable materials.

* Packaging & Yard Coordination: Oversee pallet/dunnage inventory, coordinate trailer swaps, and monitor trailer dwell counts for customer reporting.

* Facility & Safety: Inspect dock equipment, maintain safety documentation (fire extinguishers/eye wash stations), and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for compressors and AWA machines.

* Reporting & Improvement: Analyze data for customer portals, participate in continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

* 5+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, manufacturing, or customer service.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of ERP or inventory management systems.

* Ability to lift/move materials as needed for inventory tasks.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher.

* Materials management experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

* Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

* Strong math aptitude to calculate production output and outbound cargo.

* Knowledge and experience with MES or WMS preferred.

* Effective interpersonal skills to interact with the management team, employees, and business partners in a competent and productive manner.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Hours of Operation

Employees must be available to work without preference or constraint in either of the two shift ranges requested by the company:

* 08:00 AM ~ 05:00 PM / MON-FRI

* 03:30 PM ~ 12:00 AM (Midnight) / MON-FRI
