QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

● High School Graduate.

● Three (3) years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities, or equivalent education.

● Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).

Preferred:

● Experience with concession stand management.

● Proficient with Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, and Drive to create, share, and manage work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position will report to the Manager of Athletic Operations for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Provide administrative support to the Athletics Department, including, but not limited to, scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.

· Process and input invoices, purchase requests, and budget-related documentation in accordance with college policies and procedures.

· Assist with financial tracking for athletic programs, including maintaining organized and accurate records.

· Support the planning, organization, and daily operations of the athletic department.

· Coordinate and assist with game day operations for home athletic events, including setup, breakdown, and in-game support.

· Work assigned athletic events (home and select away, as needed), ensuring smooth execution of operations and fan experience.

· Prepare facilities for game day, including equipment setup, signage, hospitality areas, and coordination with internal departments.

· Assist in the management and operation of concession stands, including inventory tracking, setup, staffing coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of concession and storage areas.

· Help print and fold game day materials, including event programs, rosters, and other supporting documents.

· Assist with athlete administrative processes, including collection, organization, and maintenance of required paperwork (eligibility, compliance, and participation documentation).

· Maintain strong communication with coaches, staff, and campus departments to support operational needs.

· Provide exceptional customer service to student-athletes, staff, and event attendees.

· Assist with special projects, camps, and departmental initiatives as assigned.

CONTRACT & SALARY:

$13.00 per hour in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified for the successful candidate.
